Hi, I’m Sucelle Erasmus, wife and mom of two energetic boys, with a little sister on the way. As a counsellor and life coach since 2019, I am passionate about helping youth and families navigate identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and purpose.
For more than a decade, I have worked with young people through schools, leadership programmes, camps, mentoring, and counselling. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities of adolescence, and a passion for helping young people grow into confident, resilient adults.
Registered at COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). Religious Specialist in Christian Pastoral Counselling at ACRP & CPSC.
My heart is to walk alongside people with compassion, faith-based guidance, and practical tools that help them grow through life’s challenges with greater confidence, connection, resilience, and joy.

Teen support
Teenagers today face immense pressure — academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Sometimes they may:
- Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted
- Struggle with identity, confidence, or belonging
- Feel stuck, unmotivated, or uncertain about the future
- Battle to process change, disappointment, or family challenges
- Long for purpose, direction, and deeper connection
I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where teens can explore their thoughts and emotions honestly while developing practical tools, emotional resilience, healthy coping skills, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose.
Together, we work toward growth that is sustainable, authentic, and deeply rooted.
parent support
Parenting teenagers can feel overwhelming at times. As teens grow in independence, parents often find themselves navigating changing dynamics, emotional challenges, communication struggles, academic pressures, social influences, and questions around identity and mental wellbeing.
Together, we explore ways to:
- Strengthen connection and communication
- Understanding your teen’s emotional and developmental needs
- Navigate conflict and challenging behaviours with wisdom and grace
- Create healthy boundaries and supportive home environments
- Foster identity, belonging, and purpose
- Encourage healthy family relationships rooted in trust and understanding
As a pastoral counsellor and coach, my approach also creates space for faith-based encouragement and deeper conversations around identity, hope, values, and the role of Christ-centered foundations within family life.
Parent support is not about having all the answers or striving for perfection. It is about growing and learning together, learning together.
educator support
Educators carry far more than academic responsibility. Teachers are often supporting learners through emotional struggles, behavioural challenges, family difficulties, anxiety, stress, identity development, and increasing social pressures — all while managing the demands of teaching itself.
When teachers feel emotionally equipped, encouraged, and supported, learners are more likely to feel safe, connected, and able to thrive.
Healthy teachers contribute to healthy learners.
Educator support may include:
- Creating healthy boundaries and preventing burnout
- Practical tools for navigating challenging learner behaviour and emotional needs
- Strengthening communication and connection within the classroom
- Guidance around adolescent development and emotional wellbeing
- Support during difficult conversations and crisis situations
- Encouraging healthy staff culture and relational wellbeing
- Workshops and support sessions focused on resilience, self-awareness, stress management, and sustainable care practices
